"Fresh Cut", written by Dylan Hayes and produced by Audric Lecouturier, is a brand new song by a band called "LeHayes". The name of this band "LeHayes" is a combination of both of the band members' last names; Lecouturier and Hayes.

Dylan and Audric met through Audric's brother Xavier, a Seattle based drummer who happens to be one of Dylan's friends from high school. Through that connection, Audric used to give Dylan classical piano lessons in exchange for jazz lessons. From there on, Dylan combined his composing and improvising skills with Audric's producing skills on Ableton and they started their band "LeHayes".

During the pandemic, Dylan sent over melodies, basslines and piano stems to Audric, and Audric put his own twist on these vamps by designing synth sounds using plug-ins like Massive, dragging and dropping drum grooves, as well as cutting up piano samples all on Ableton. "Fresh Cut" is just the beginning and "LeHayes" will be releasing new music shortly!
